Generating Employment
In 2018, the average workforce at AR Roca Esmeralda was 73 employees (44 women and 29 men). At AR Hotels & Resorts, we have employees of more than 20 different nationalities.
Training
In 2018, we ran courses on Leadership (Fundesem), Digital Tip (Educatur), Sales (Educatur) and DiSC Methodologies (ENEAS). In addition, economic grants were set aside for training.
Environment
Environmental protection is one of our basic principle of action, with our aim being to involve staff, our suppliers and our clients.
Society and Culture
We are committed to social, cultural and human development in the community where we carry out our activities. Our key areas of action are working alongside social agents and organisations and promoting culture and the arts.
We have several support programmes in place for employees and their families, as well as employee recognition initiatives and solidarity actions.
